Welcome to the Rocky Head Baptist Church website. I am glad you have chosen to spend a few moments looking around, discovering our church family. As I describe Rocky Head to people, I use words like 'servants', 'loving', ‘community minded' and ‘faithful family.’ You will find confidence in an expository style of preaching-teaching with sound doctrine as our foundation. 

We are the family of God that honors God our Father by glorifying God the Son as we live in obedience to His Holy Word with the help of God the Holy Spirit daily. That means we worship Him with vigor and joy. That means we encourage prayer in church and throughout life. It means we love God and we love others with the same zeal and compassion. That means we understand the unmerited favor we have been given and we live in humble appreciation to the Giver of this gift. 

Our hope is that all who enter worship with our church family will feel loved and welcomed as guests in God's house.  Then once here, we pray that all will meet God and as a result of meeting God, give their lives to Jesus Christ and serve Him as Lord as part of our church family. Our dress code is casual and praise with a hymnal in our hands and on viewing screens. Check us out, but more importantly, seek the truth of God that can only be known when one knows Jesus. (John 14:6)

To fully understand us, come to a worship service or to a small study group, and feel the up-close, in-person fellowship that comes when people share time together in the presence of God's Holy Spirit.
